The second home designed for Ramsey Builders as part of a series in the Lake Travis district, the Eagle Point residence was completed and sold in 2008. Solving some difficult site issues gracefully, the home creates a courtyard around a giant oak tree. Hill Country views are framed in a 2nd floor family room (the land being on a geographical point). Contemporary spaces and finishes are balanced by natural materials and a strong visual connection to the courtyard garden.
